Mr. Richard “Rick” Clark began his career in Orlando serving the legal community in a full spectrum of discovery and data related services. As the industry evolved to adopt technology with the growing needs in including data as a part of the discovery process, Mr. Clark expanded his technology skill set to include information governance, litigation readiness, and analytics applications spanning platforms and workflows that encompass the full spectrum of the EDRM.

Known as a technologist and marketer, Mr. Clark is well-versed with many of the current industry investigation and electronic discovery platforms. He has helped guide industry brands that address data processing, early case assessment, as well as scalable review. His skills in marketing and program rollout have been leveraged by the big four, federal and local government agencies and AMLaw 200 law firms. Mr. Clark’s industry acumen has aided with the establish of processes that economically fit both individual matter and practitioner requirements.

Mr. Clark is a founding member of The Master’s Conference, one of the longest running legal thought leadership conferences. He has also held business and product management positions with Wave Software, iConect, BigHand, Technology Concepts and Design, Inc., CloudNine as well as acted as an advisor to multiple various legal service providers. Mr. Clark has a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Liberty University.
