Robert S. Kapito serves on the Board of Directors at BlackRock, Inc. Kapito has been President of BlackRock since 2007 and is a member of BlackRock’s Global Executive Committee and Chairman of the Global Operating Committee. Mr. Kapito co-founded BlackRock in 1988 and is also a director of iShares, Inc. Prior to 2007, Mr. Kapito served as Vice Chairman of BlackRock and Head of BlackRock’s Portfolio Management Group.
