Philipp Hildebrand is a member of BlackRock’s Global Executive Committee. He is Vice Chairman of BlackRock and also Chairman of the Financial Markets Advisory (FMA) and the Financial Institutions Group (FIG). He also oversees the BlackRock Investment Institute (BII) and BlackRock Sustainable Investing (BSI). Prior to that, he served as Chairman of the Governing Board of the Swiss National Bank (SNB). In that capacity, he was also a Director of the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the Swiss Governor of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and a member of the Financial Stability Board (FSB), of which the Leaders of the G20 appointed him Vice Chairman in 2011. Previously, Mr. Hildebrand was Chief Investment Officer of a Swiss private bank and a partner at Moore Capital Management in London. Hildebrand earned a BA from the University of Toronto, an MA from the Graduate Institute of International Studies in Geneva, and a DPhil from the University of Oxford.

Louis Moore Bacon is the founder, Chairman and principal investment manager of Moore Capital Management, LP, founded in 1989 and headquartered in New York, with additional offices in London and Hong Kong. Prior to founding Moore Capital, Bacon was a Senior Vice President-Futures at Shearson Lehman Brothers Inc.  He previously held positions at Walter N. Frank & Co., a NYSE specialist firm, and at Bankers Trust. Bacon earned an M.B.A. in Finance from Columbia Business School in New York and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Literature from Middlebury College in Vermont. Mr. Bacon is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Foreign Policy Association. He also serves on the Leadership Council of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School and is a member of the Corporate Fund Board of the Kennedy Center.
