Greg Wright was the former Chief Executive at ThinkEquity, a Division of Fordham Financial Management, Inc. Wright is a Global investment banker, entrepreneur, and investor. He is currently the President and Head of Banking and Advisory of Zanbato, Inc., which designed and developed ZX, a trading platform for private securities. Wright previously was the managing director at Weild & Co., Inc. From 1999-2003, he was the Managing Director, Head of Corporate Finance for Europe, the Middle East. and Africa. He graduated from Princeton University (BA).
Ashok Kumar is the Head of Equity Research at Think Equity. Kumar joined ThinkEquity in 2018. He held senior research positions at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC, Aegis Capital Corp., Rodman & Renshaw, LLC and Maxim Group, LLC. Mr. Kumar also held senior analyst positions at Raymond James, Piper Jaffray, and Prudential Securities. Prior to his career in research, he worked in engineering and marketing at Intel Corporation. Mr. Kumar received a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Ramnarain “Joseph” Jaigobind is the Chief Executive Officer at Think Equity. Jaigobind started his career at Shearson Lehman Brothers in the Private Client Group and was most recently Head of Global Equity Capital Markets at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC., Aegis Capital Corp. and Rodman & Renshaw. He served as Senior Vice President with Investec Ernst and was an Executive Managing Director at Maxim Group. Jaigobind was a Chairman’s Circle Member of the US-India Business Council and was a Director of the Board of the US-Pakistan Business Council.
Eric Lord is the Head of Investment Banking at Think Equity. He began his career as an investment analyst for a registered investment advisory firm in Boston. Lord was also Vice President of Equity Capital Markets at Maxim Group LLC. Following Maxim, he joined Rodman & Renshaw, LLC as Senior Vice President of Global Equity Capital Markets. Lord was Senior Vice President at Aegis Capital Corp. and a founding member of the firm’s Global Equity Capital Markets department. Most recently, Mr. Lord was Head of Investment Banking at Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC Mr. Lord is a Series 7 licensed Registered Representative, Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal and passed the CFA Level 1 exam. Mr. Lord holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Richmond.
Nelson Baquet is the Managing Director, Institutional Sales of Think Equity. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Baquet served as Sr. Vice President and was a founding member of the Global Equity Capital Markets sales team at Aegis Capital Corp and Joseph Gunnar & Co. Mr. Baquet began his career as a financial advisor at Fordham Financial Management, Inc. working with high net-worth clients. Mr. Baquet is a Series 7 and Series 63 licensed Registered Representative and a Series 24 licensed General Securities Principal. Mr. Baquet received a B.S. in Finance from the University of Central Florida.
Chirag Choudhary is the Head of Equity Capital Markets & Institutional Sales at Think Equity. Chirag’s career on Wall Street spans over 17 years when he started at Merrill Lynch & Co. in the Private Client Group. Following Merrill Lynch, he worked for Investec Ernst & Co., and after that as partner and Senior Vice President at Maxim Group, LLC. After Maxim, Choudhary was Senior Vice President at Rodman & Renshaw, LLC. Most recently he worked for Aegis Capital & Joseph Gunnar & Co., LLC as Head of Institutional Sales. Choudhary received a Master’s degree in Business Administration (Finance) from Hawaii Pacific University and a degree in Commerce (Hons.) (Finance and Tax Planning) from University of Delhi. He was a member of Chairman’s Circle of U.S-India Chamber of Commerce (NY chapter).
Peter Mancuso is the Managing Director, Equity Trading. He started Peter Mancuso and Company in 1991 which would continue operations until 2019. As an agency only BD, Mancuso’s responsibilities included all aspects of trade execution including optimizing use of the NYSE parity order types, eQuote and dQuote, and supporting Algorithmic trading to ensure best execution for customers including bulge bracket and boutique firms. Mr. Mancuso was most recently Senior Vice President with Tullett Prebon. He has been an NYSE member since 1991 and served as a Floor Official. Mr. Mancuso holds FINRA Series 4, 7, 9, 10, 14, 19, 24, 27, 55 and 63 registrations and is a graduate of Lehigh University. He is also serves as a director for NYSE Floor Member Emergency Fund and as Chairman of the NYSE Safety and Security Committee.
Philip P. Quartuccio is the Managing Director, Head of Global Trading and runs ThinkEquity’s global trading operations, including the NYSE Trading Floor. Quartuccio has over 20 years of trading experience including running his own NYSE floor brokerage firm, Illustro Trading. He has held senior positions at Janney Montgomery Scott, Arnhold & S. Bleichroeder, and most recently, Tullet Prebon ICAP. As a member of the NYSE technology committee. Quartuccio has focused his experience with the NYSE’s trading technology. This focus includes the development of the NYSE Third Party Algo (TPA) program that enables algorithmic access to the NYSE Parity order types for quantitative automated trading. Mr. Quartuccio holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 99 and 63 registrations.
Jeffrey Singer is the Head of Debt Capital Markets at Think Equity. Singer is involved in the financing of a broad range of public and private companies across almost every industry with a strong focus on technology, energy, specialty finance/FinTech, IT services, digital commerce, ed-tech, healthcare services and consumer brands. Prior to joining ThinkEquity, Jeff served as Head of Debt Capital Markets at Joseph Gunnar & Co. for two years and as Managing Director of Dragonfly Capital Partners, where he ran the New York office of the firm for over 10 years. Singer holds a BS from University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Fordham University Graduate School of Business.

Shares of Nano Dimension Ltd. pulled a sharp U-turn to trade down 22% in premarket trading, to pullback from the previous session’s more-than 4-fold rally, after the Israel-based 3D printing company priced a share offering at a deep discount. The stock had been up as much as 91% early in the premarket session.
