Fabrizio Freda serves on the Board of Directors at BlackRock, Inc. He is the President & Chief Executive Officer at the Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. Mr. Freda previously served as Estée Lauder’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2008 to July 2009. Prior to joining Estée Lauder, Freda held various senior positions at Procter & Gamble Company over the span of 20 years. From 1986 to 1988, Mr. Freda directed marketing and strategic planning for Gucci SpA.
