Murry S. Gerber serves on the Board of Directors at BlackRock, Inc. He is the Lead Independent Director former Chairman & Chief Executive Officer of EQT Corporation. Gerber has served as a member of the boards of directors of U.S. Steel Corporation since July 2012 and Halliburton Company since January 2012. Previously, Gerber served as Executive Chairman of EQT Corporation, an integrated energy production company, from 2010 until May 2011, as its Chairman from 2000 to 2010, as its President from 1998 to 2007 and as its Chief Executive Officer from 1998 to 2000. He received an undergraduate degree from Augustana College (Illinois) and a graduate degree from the University of Illinois.
