Kieran Hanrahan: Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC) member of the board. He is a Managing Director in J.P. Morgan Chase’s Corporate and Investment Bank based in New York. Hanrahan is responsible for managing all aspects of the Corporate and Investment Bank’s Global Markets Operations and also has regional responsibility for Latin American and EMEA Branch Operations. Hanrahan manages a team of approximately 3,300 people located in 34 trading locations and service centers around the globe. His team manages the daily operational processes for a diverse range of businesses and products such as Bonds, Equities, FX, Listed and OTC derivatives, and Commodities.

Prior to his current role, over the last 20 years, he has managed a number of Markets Operations and Product Control teams across Rates, SPG, FX, Credit Trading and Emerging Markets. Hanrahan places an emphasis on building high performing teams and aligning his Operations team’s goals with those of the businesses he supports. Key projects that he has managed for JPM include Euro Exit contingency planning, implementation of the Swap Margin Rule, MifiD2 and operational preparations for Brexit. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Chase, Hanrahan worked as an auditor with PwC in Ireland and the UK from 1991 to 1995. Hanrahan is qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1996.
